これはまいにちのせいかつ
ごぜん4時におきます。次に、べんきょうします。ごぜん９じにがっこうへいきます。ときどき、あさごはんをたべます。かがくがべんきょうをします。おひるごはんをたべます。レギナホール　（Regina Hall)にかえります。まいにち、べんきょうをします。ごご7時にばんごはんをたべます。ごご８時はんにワーターポーローをします。次にレギナホール　（Regina Hall)にかえります。午後１０時にねます。
Translation:

Good afternoon, everyone!
This is my daily routine

At 4am, I wake up. Next, I study. I go to school at 9 am. Sometimes, I eat breakfast. I study chemistry. I eat lunch. I return to Regina hall (my dorm!). Everyday, I study [at this time]. At 7 pm, I eat dinner. At 8:30 pm, I play water polo. Next, I return to Regina hall. At 10 pm, I go to sleep.

    You get up so early! Do you get enough sleep? It is hard for me to wake up at 4 without being sleepy in class.

      I swam competitively for a long time and I'm used to waking up very early for practice before school. I'm very productive in the morning so if I get everything done I sleep in the afternoon. Otherwise, I take naps during the day because I do need a bit more than 6 hours of sleep haha.

      It definitely took me a long time to get used to an early schedule! Drinking tea definitely helps me stay awake during the day.

      I really like waking up early because I am very productive in the morning! I swam competitively for a long time and trained myself to wake up for practices before school. If I have a very efficient morning I try to have a longer nap in the afternoon, but most of the time I take several shorter naps in between activities or assignments.

Self Introduction and First Post

はじめまして、 ベッドーフォードです。趣味（しゅみ）はスポーツと読書（どくしょ）とすがくです。おちゃは大好きです。そして、猫が好きです。 どうぞよろしく。 Translation: [My name] is Bedford. My hobbies are sports, reading, and math. I love tea! Also, I like cats. Lets get to know each other! I’m Savannah Bedford, and I’m very excited to take this Japanese class! Unlike many of my classmates, I’ve had some background in the language but I really needed a reminder of some basic conventions before moving to the upper levels. Through this class, I want to cement speaking in conversation as a strength in my Japanese abilities. There’s so much about that I love about Japanese culture that I’m not sure where to start. The food is something that I absolutely love. I can’t get enough of らめん, もち, おやつぱん, あんこ, and pretty much anything まちゃ flavored. I also have quite a penchant for tea.
